| This is my third Candle Impressions flameless candle and I love it. Very realistic flicker and long battery life. The scent only lasted a few days, now I can only smell it if I put my nose close to it but that is okay because I didn't buy an air freshener I bought a candle! I am close to fading all "real" candles out of the house to be replaced by these. They are just as beautiful and comforting, but much safer if you leave them "burning" and last much much longer. I use this one in the camper at night, great light for the kids and for middle-of-the-night bathroom runs. Amazing how comforting a great candle can be! |

In recent years it seems as if every household in the U.S. has at least one scented wax candle. Many homes have many scented wax candles and the odors are quite pleasing; however, the soot that they give off is probably bad for your lungs and furniture, et al. In comes the battery operated scented wax candle and it gives off a similar odor but not quite as strong. It is wax but it has a place in the inside for batteries and other stuff that will make it appear as if a candle is burning. No soot. No heat. No chance for fingers to accidentally burn. No chance that the drapes will batch fire. Lots of positive features including size and heft. For the price I would expect a set of rechargeable nicad batteries that will or at least should last longer than suggested in the write up. If nicad are too expensive regular batteries would be better than no batteries.
Bottom Line: Good replacement for regular scented wax candles if you do not want loud scents that will not last as long as the batteries. |
