I know this is going to sound like a pain but nearly every week Michael’s, Jo Ann Fabric and A,C. Moore usually have a 40% off coupon for 1 item. I would use it to buy the big heavy items that if bought on line would cost a fortune for shipping.Espicially the wax and molds.There are many times I wait to buy those expensive items until I have a coupon. Get extra coupons for friends or neighbors and go back the next day. Try checking craigslist in your area under art’s and crafts.
I know I’ve seen people getting out of the hobby and selling their supplies cheap.Lastly check eBay.If shipping isn’t to high you can get some nice items cheap.
