Candle making is not really that hard, but you do have to be cautious (making candles involves high temperatures, flammable substances, and potentially harmful chemicals). I would recommend that you look at some of the sites I provided links to, take a lesson, or buy an introduction book/video. There is a lot of good and bad information out there, please use caution.
Gel Candles require great care when adding embeds since if it is not done correctly, it can be a fire hazard. There is a great video on Gel Candles at one of the sites listed below.
If do do get to the point of selling candles, you will likely want to do it in person.
